Why Virtual?

Sometimes getting out to an advocacy event feels like a chore, right? What if you could participate how you want, and when you are having an okay day?  What can you do to help change the message that migraine is more than just a headache?

In just one hour you can make a change by signing up and making your own Virtual Event. When you sign up, you are showing the Headache Community and the people who care for you, that one small step makes a giant impact.

We want October 7th to be the day that as many people as possible around the country take part in a walk or run for Migraine and headache awareness. If you aren’t located near Philadelphia, Morgantown or Denver, you still have a chance to get in on the action. Sign up for this Virtual event option and join us in spirit that day.

You can walk, run, use the treadmill, be outside or participate in another race in your town. You could bike, spin, hike, or take part in yoga too – the options are endless!

You can fundraise, using our fundraising tools, by collecting donations for yourself or your team. If you hit the necessary fundraising goal by September 25, we will send you a t-shirt and medal to wear on October 7.
